MRPOA is planning a protected portal for approved property owners. Login, access-request and private-document features are not active yet.

No account or password is required today

Do not send passwords, identification documents, payment information or sensitive owner records through ordinary email.
Planned secure workflow
- Request access. An applicant provides contact and property information through a protected server-side form.
- Committee review. Authorized MRPOA representatives verify eligibility before access is granted.
- Password setup. Approved members receive a time-limited setup link. Passwords are securely hashed.
- Protected access. Private pages and documents require an authenticated server session with timeout and logout controls.

Passwords and private member information will not be stored in HTML, JavaScript, URLs or browser storage.

The future system will include password reset, session expiration, logout and server-protected documents.
